Ingredients: purple and white carrots, tomatos, onions, green pepper, rice and quinoa, some egg, seasoning: pepper and turmeric.. sauteed veggies with organic coconut oil, on a bed of organic lettuce and avocado. (11:13am March 8th, 2019). I eat one or two of those a day. Drink is typically heated up coffee brew, unsweetened organic almond milk, dash of turmeric and a dash of cinnamon.
