Dear Bob Banner HopeDance fans and Thoughtful SLO County Residents,

If you aren’t already aware, the Protect SLO County initiative, to ban all new oil and gas wells and ban fracking, is approved for signature gathering and as of 2/21/18, available for you to read on the home page of our website, and starting today, you’ll start seeing folks out gathering the needed signatures to qualify it for the November ballot.

We need over 9,000 qualified SLO County registered voter signatures to get this on the November ballot.

Volunteers are Needed!

If you are willing to gather signatures to help qualify the initiative and you live and vote in San Luis Obispo County – please email [email protected] and she’ll put you in contact with the city Captain nearest you.

We love living in San Luis Obispo County.  We love our clean water, productive agriculture, environmental quality, the rural character, scenic hillsides, pristine beaches and diverse economy. Please help us preserve San Luis Obispo County for our future, our children and our grandchildren, donate to the Coalition to Protect SLO County.

Please join us at the Guild Hall, 2880 Broad Street, SLO for a fun and informative hour of information and hands on training in the simple process of signature gathering for the initiative to prevent fracking and ban new oil wells in SLO County.
